Dr. Mary Gable

I am a triple board-certified Child, Adult, and Forensic Psychiatrist. I attended medical school at Stanford University, trained in adult psychiatry at UCSF, did a fellowship in child/adolescent psychiatry at UCLA, and completed a forensic fellowship at UC Davis. I also have a significant background in internal medicine. My specialization is in treating patients who have conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to personality disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and psychosis.

I have had the privilege of working with clients for over a decade, and I use an integrated approach which may include nutritional supplements, individualized therapy, and the judicious use of medications to best address an individual's unique needs. My approach is founded on developing a safe, nurturing environment so individuals are comfortable discussing their concerns and are assured a warm and compassionate response. I make myself highly available to clients so they are supported and heard.

Enhancing overall well-being and improving daily functioning are paramount. An emotional wellness consultation will result in treatment that will aim to restore or improve energy, sleep, and focus and in treatment that will enhance emotional health and wellness. Regular care will involve continued positive engagement and ongoing progress toward your personal goals, and it can include consultations with other providers as well as family involvement where appropriate.
