Great to meet you!

Midlife can bring unexpected challenges—from anxiety and ADHD to shifting relationships, changing identities, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause. I provide a warm, supportive, and evidence-based approach to help women navigate these seasons of change with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral strategies, I help clients develop practical tools while reconnecting with what matters most.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness and cognitive behavioral strategies, to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical skills for change. I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering, helping clients develop resilience, reconnect with their values, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant history, and the goals you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported while we begin developing a plan tailored to your needs.
