Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering thoughtful, personalized mental health care. I work with individuals across a range of concerns—from anxiety and depression to ADHD, PTSD, and more—focusing on medication management that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. My approach is rooted in respect, collaboration, and open communication. I aim to make each client feel comfortable, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

While I’m equipped to treat a wide range of mental health concerns, my primary focus is working with individuals navigating depression and anxiety. I integrate both therapy and medication management to provide a well-rounded, personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and genuinely supported as we work together toward lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

I want every client to feel safe sharing openly, without fear of judgment. We each bring our own life experiences and perspectives, and I believe those stories matter. My goal is to understand the whole person—your challenges, strengths, and values—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your journey.

My first session with you

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please be sure to fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be lots of questions during this visit, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is important for your mental health. This may require multiple appointments. Controlled medications may be available from my practice on a limited basis and rarely on the first session. All paperwork, such as FMLA and related, will only be considered after several sessions of treatment and as clinically indicated. Once we have completed your evaluation, we can then discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will get you on the road to feeling better as soon as possible!
