Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is imperative to happiness and stability in life. I’ve been providing mental health care since 2017 and absolutely love seeing the improvements in my patients and in their quality of life. I work with patients of all ages and all mental health disorders. I look forward to working with you and helping you deal with your mental health struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I believe that mental health treatment is most effective when we work together as a team, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I take the time to fully assess your concerns, history, and goals so we can develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle and priorities.

I utilize evidence-based practices, including medication management when appropriate, along with supportive therapy techniques to help you build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions across the lifespan and focus on addressing the root causes of symptoms—not just the symptoms themselves.

My goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and support needed to make meaningful, lasting changes and improve your quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns at your own pace. My priority is to get to know you—your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

We’ll complete a comprehensive assessment that helps me better understand your mental health needs, and together we’ll begin identifying goals that are meaningful and realistic for you. If appropriate, we may also discuss potential treatment options, including medication management, lifestyle adjustments, and supportive strategies to help you start feeling better.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have greater clarity about your symptoms, a clear direction for next steps, and a collaborative plan in place to support your progress moving forward.
