Great to meet you!

I have over eight years of experience working with people affected by cancer and other chronic health conditions, caregivers to the chronically ill, people with mood disorders, and those grieving the loss of loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered, top-down approach that recognizes how all layers of one's life contribute to who they are and where they go.

What you can expect from me

A successful session, in my eyes, is when you leave the session feeling you have been truly heard and that you do not have to hide who you are in the therapeutic relationship. Ideally, you're able to feel a sense of acceptance, hope, motivation, or all of the above. Life can be scary at times; I hope to be a good companion walking alongside you.
