Great to meet you!

I earned my MA in Counseling from the University of South Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC. I have been working with children, teens and young adults for 25 years. Everyone needs a safe space to refresh and become the healthiest version of themselves. My areas of expertise include helping clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral concerns, relationships and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in CBT as well as learning mindfulness skills for coping. I create an environment that will help you to feel comfortable with coming to therapy and opening up so we can accomplish what you want to accomplish.

What you can expect from our first session

I listen and provide an atmosphere where you feel comfortable tackling things you want to discuss. We set goals based on your needs and depending on your situation, I may provide handouts of information or homework activities for you to work on between sessions.
