Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and South Carolina who specializes in trauma-informed therapy. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Clinical Psychology.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a place to finally slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, heal from what you’ve been through, and begin creating meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling like you have to have it all figured out. I believe therapy should be a place where you can truly exhale and feel understood while developing practical tools to cope, grow, and heal.

What you can expect from me

I believe in working together with my clients to create a treatment plan that is tailored to each individual and their needs. In our first session I will work with you to identify your goals and preferences in order to ensure that therapy is a comfortable place that you look forward to each and every week.
