Great to meet you!

Are you in a stuck place in life right now? Even though life can be great and wonderful, it can also have those moments when we feel stuck, like nothing is happening, that we are just on a shelf with life passing us by. I like to help people be like the Red Bugloss, a special red flowering plant that blooms vibrantly in dead volcanic soil. My requirement is to support you in discovery of what you really require for your best life, what is keeping you stuck, and helping your journey from stuck to living vibrantly like the Red Bugloss – even if there seems to be dead or dormant all around.

While I have expertise in multiple therapy areas that can be tools for your journey, it is your journey and my job is to contribute my tools of therapy to your use in your journey from stuck to living vibrantly. All along the way, I will give you genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and belief in you. You will do the work in-session and in life outside of session. I will be the support, guide, and cheerleader for that work.

If all you know at this moment is that you are in a life’s stuck place and want to move out of stuck, that is where we start. Please reach out and let me join your journey. We can start with a free consultation to check for the right fit. You can schedule that consultation by clicking on the website link above or send me an email and we will get started.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and individualized to the requirements of the client. I focus on integration of the whole person - mind, body, spirit with assessment of what is the situation now, how to move from stuck to living vibrantly, and maintaining that place of vibrant living.

What you can expect from me

The free consultation session is exploration of what the client requires for change and getting to know what I can contribute to that process. If the client chooses for me to join the journey for change, the initial work is assessment of the situation now through verbal discussion and some assessment instruments. Based on the outcomes of that, we plan together how to move forward.
