Great to meet you!

Great to Meet You!

Hi, I’m Mary! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) with an MEd in Clinical Mental Health, and I’m so glad you’re here. I had the opportunity to work many populations (including neurodivergence) using Mindfulness-Based Therapies that are part of ACT and IFS modalities.

These holistic, research-based approaches have proven to also be effective in managing anxiety, and healing grief and trauma, and it’s a passion of mine to bring these tools to my clients.

I’ve also had the privilege of working with underserved populations, including vets and first responders. the LGBTQ+ community, youngers, adults and olders, providing a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

A Bit About My Approach

My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based therapies (Acceptance, Commitment Therapy, Inner Family Systems, MBCT), and neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to heal itself) which supports healing for those struggling with anxiety, trauma and self-defeating behavioral patterns, My approach to generational healing is based in the work of Rosjke Hasseldin. I focus on the power of neuroplasticity—the brain’s incredible ability to heal and rewire itself. I’ve found that combining mindfulness and neuro therapeutic techniques can be truly transformative for those navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and patterns of codependency.

Recently many Mothers (or Daughters) who want to create a healthier dynamic with their adult children (or their older gen mothers) are reaching out for support. Let's talk!
