Great to meet you!

Supporting and empowering others to fully love, embrace and accept themselves, even in the face of difficulties, is my life’s purpose and passion! I am a trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of working in the Mental Health field. I specialize in working with women, treating trauma (big and small!), and supporting people through life challenges and transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed and attachment-based approach when working with clients. I believe healing occurs in the context of a safe and secure relationship. I also believe in treating the whole person, so we will examine all areas of your life to see how all dynamics are inter-playing to create current circumstances and experiences.

What you can expect from me

I believe in the inherent dignity and worth of every human, and have hope of healing for anyone who walks into my office. Therefore, I want every client to take away self-knowledge and understanding, as well as empowerment and hope, healing and well-being.
