There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe in utilizing an eclectic approach so that your therapeutic journey is as unique as you are. Eclectic Clinical Solutions currently offers 100% HIPPA-compliant virtual sessions. This means that you’re able to show up in the way that’s most authentic to you, whether its in your most comfortable clothes, with your fur baby, or with a cup of tea and a blanket. I also offer sessions outside of the typical 9-5 hours.

I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and those seeking to overcome anxiety. Together we can start your journey to balance those scales, overcome negative self-talk and deal with your past at your pace.
