Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist based in Memphis who works with high-achieving women navigating anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and complex relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are successful on the outside and exhausted on the inside. They are often the responsible one, the strong one, the reliable one — and quietly overwhelmed.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based model that helps clients understand and heal the different “parts” of themselves — the driven part, the critical part, the anxious part, the part that feels unseen. I am Level 1 trained in IFS and integrate attachment-informed and trauma-responsive care into my practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helps us understand the different “parts” of you — the driven part, the anxious part, the inner critic, the part that avoids conflict, the part that feels unseen. Instead of trying to eliminate these parts, we get curious about them. We understand their roles. And we help them soften.

Therapy with me is collaborative and structured without being rigid. We slow down when needed. We track emotional patterns. We work directly with protective strategies and gently move toward healing the vulnerable places underneath.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about understanding your story and making sure therapy feels like a good fit.

We’ll begin by talking through what brought you to therapy, what’s currently feeling challenging, and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask questions about your history, relationships, coping patterns, and any previous therapy experience — not to overwhelm you, but to get a clear picture of how your system works and what needs attention.
