Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life in a way that feels more manageable, grounded, and true to who they are. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, mood changes, identity questions, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build practical skills, and start feeling more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and focused on what actually works for you. I draw from different styles of therapy, but always keep things practical and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, build healthier coping strategies, and work toward changes that feel realistic and lasting. I believe growth happens when you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you -what’s been going on, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’d like to feel different moving forward. We’ll have a relaxed, welcoming conversation with no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what support could look like, so you leave feeling understood, supported, and a little more hopeful about what’s ahead.
