Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment and feel empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that every person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills for everyday life.
My style is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I will meet you where you are while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, identify what you want to change, and develop strategies that support greater confidence, emotional wellness, and healthier relationships. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
