Great to meet you!

I prioritize the creation of a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals, couples and families can feel supported, valued, and understood. My approach is deeply rooted in the belief that every person is unique with their own set of experiences, emotions, and needs. I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all method because I recognizes the complexity of human nature and the importance of tailoring the therapeutic process to each client’s journey.

My approach to therapy

My practice is centered around a client-focused approach, where the client is at the heart of the healing process. I understand that clients are the experts of their lives, and my role is to guide, support, and assist with uncovering their inner strengths. I believe that personal growth and healing requires a holistic view of the individual. My goal is to help clients build resilience, embrace self-compassion, and discover new perspectives – all while honoring their autonomy and lived experiences

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I will ask you questions to get to know you and understand your reasons for coming to therapy. I will want to learn about your history, what’s going on with you now, and learn about what you want to get out of therapy. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about how therapy works so you know what to expect.
