Great to meet you!

I am a Latina bilingual (Spanish) Therapist with over ten years of experience. I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds and various populations throughout the years including developmentally disabled adults and children and the elderly. However, my area of expertise is child welfare. I bring to the table a good balance of multi areas/fields of knowledge and experience.'

A bit about my approach to therapy

As an immigrant Therapist, relating to the issues that many immigrants experience i.e. adjustment issues, anxiety, depression and trauma provides me with a greater purpose which is to offer support and insight to the individual. Through active listening and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I can support the client to help them to find ways to better cope and to better navigate through their challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide you with the support and the attention that you deserve to provide you with a listening ear and to empower you and help you to gain the skills needed to manage the challenges that you face in your life. I also bring to the table knowledge of community resources and services to provide you with additional supports and ease stressors that you may be facing.
