Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor credential who brings more than 30 years of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I’m known for being empathetic, easy to talk to, and quick to build rapport, and I have experience helping clients navigate ADHD, mood concerns, trauma, parenting challenges, and times of crisis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in strong clinical assessment, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs, create treatment plans that feel realistic and meaningful, and connect them with the right level of support and resources along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and guided with care. My goal is to help each person leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a stronger sense of confidence in how to move forward—whether that means managing symptoms, strengthening relationships, improving coping skills, or taking the next step toward healing and stability.
