Hello!

I am Mary Kate Robb. I am a child therapist and parenting expert. I help families get out of the panic cycle and start living in peace and harmony with one another. When working with me, families can expect to bring a problem to the session and find a solution.

I take a solution-focused approach to therapy to help parents and children learn tools and strategies that, when used, will create lasting change. I also use a mindfulness-based approach to therapy to bring awareness to the negative parenting cycle clients may be in, and learn how to switch out this stress state and start thriving.

Each session that a client comes to they can expect gain the confidence to handle the problems that they are facing at home. They will also get lots of resources that can guide them in between sessions. Clients leave sessions empowered and ready be implement the changes they desperately want!
