Hi there! My name is Katie and I've been working in a therapeutic capacity since 2007. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and groups. I enjoy working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who need help setting boundaries with others, or putting themselves and their needs first.
I do a lot of listening (great note-taker!) and try my best to be understanding and affirming of where each person is coming from to really get to know their perspective. It means a lot to me that my clients feel supported to make changes in their lives so they can feel and see a true sense of improvement.
