Great to meet you!

I am a humanitarian who believes that everyone has value and importance, although it can sometimes be difficult to recognize that. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to the challenges they face. We all grow through our life experiences and learn from our mistakes. I have encountered many stressful situations, including attending college, being married for a long time, raising a family, and pursuing a career. Later in life, I attended graduate school, where I learned valuable coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and trauma. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey by meeting you where you are in your life, listening to your experiences, and collaborating to help improve your situation and achieve your life goals.

What sets my practice apart is the range of therapeutic approaches I offer, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). This variety ensures that we can find the approach that best suits your unique needs.

My private practice is conveniently located off I-74, near Exit 14 for Cheviot and North Bend. On Thursdays, I also offer telehealth services for my clients' convenience.
