Great to meet you!

I believe one of the most healing experiences we can have is beginning to understand ourselves with compassion instead of criticism. Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors often make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them.

Rather than simply focusing on symptom reduction, I enjoy helping clients uncover the deeper patterns beneath anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, perfectionism, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.

I integrate CBT, parts work, attachment theory, somatic approaches, and mindfulness to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling better, but understanding yourself in a way you never have before.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about helping you understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.

I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, understood, and challenged in meaningful ways. Together, we'll explore not only what's happening in your life, but also the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and nervous system responses that may be influencing your experiences. My approach combines insight with practical tools, helping clients build emotional awareness, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in navigating life's challenges.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you move from surviving to living with greater intention and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about understanding you. We'll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy, what's been feeling difficult lately, and what you're hoping will be different in your life. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles—not because I'm looking for what's "wrong," but because I believe our experiences often make sense when we understand where they come from.

You don't need to prepare or have all the answers before we meet. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we'll work together to help you move toward the life you want.
