Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. My path to becoming a therapist began at home. Raising children with mental health and ADHD challenges showed me firsthand how differently each person thinks, learns, and heals, and that curiosity fostered a passion for helping others. With 20 years of experience supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life changes, I know how much courage it takes to reach out. I use evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing) tailored to what actually works for you. Whatever has brought you here, I'd like to offer my support.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy by building strong rapport, which cultivates trust, openness, and collaboration. When clients feel understood and accepted, they are more likely to share their thoughts and emotions honestly, paving the way for deeper exploration and growth. By actively listening, showing empathy, and tailoring our approach to each individual's unique needs, we create a supportive space that encourages self-discovery and lasting change. This connection empowers clients to engage fully in their healing journey, making the process both productive and transformative.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have a safe, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I am here to guide you. Together we can uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and work toward the change you seek. I understand that lifestyle adjustments can lead to persistent anxiety and depression, and I am here to help you through it. Please know that feeling overwhelmed is completely normal, and seeking help is a strong, positive step you are taking for yourself.
