Great to meet you!

Being a therapist is not just a profession; it is a calling. Through life's experiences, I have developed a keen understanding to the needs of others by developing listening skills that ensure my clients feel "seen" and "heard". I believe as humans, we each have the solutions to life's problems deep within us; I practice coming along side my clients to help find that inner resolution.

I believe kindness goes a long way when interacting with others, and kindness is an important part of showing up for me. Faith-based therapy is provided by request.

My approach to therapy

I am empathic, encouraging, and a good listener. I have specialized in Attachment Theory with children, families, couples, and individuals for over ten years. I also utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to focus on identifying, understanding, and transforming emotions to create a more secure attachment bond with others. This requires a therapist to master a keen listening ability. I have experience working with many disorders, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
