Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado with over seven years of experience supporting adults, couples, and families. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, racial identity challenges, and significant life transitions. I integrate training from both a Christian seminary and a university counseling program to offer a balanced approach that honors faith, personal growth, and evidence-based care. A central part of my practice involves addressing generational trauma, the inherited patterns and emotional weight we often carry without realizing it. I’ve also facilitated workshops and spoken at conferences on generational trauma and mental health. My therapeutic lens draws from CBT, Narrative Therapy, attachment-based approaches, and trauma-informed practices. I aim to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and create more peace in their emotional and spiritual lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens when we feel safe and experience an empowering space without judgment. In therapy, I provide a warm, honest, and collaborative space where you can unpack your story. I invite you to explore old patterns of thought and replace them with new ones to show up better for yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to get to know you and ensure you feel I am a good fit to support your personal growth. I would like to hear your story to understand it better. Followed by an opportunity for me to answer any questions you might have. As both a clinician and a mother, I can relate to balancing the demands of life. You can expect compassion, clarity, and a grounded, practical, and clinical approach to therapy. Filtered through a lens of my faith background as a Christian.
