Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my page! I work with adults in their late 20s through later life—individuals and couples navigating personal growth, relationship challenges, infidelity, divorce, or body-image struggles. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected or unsure of themselves. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way, rebuild self-confidence, and create a life that feels grounded, purposeful, and true to who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates mind and body awareness. With a background in dance, yoga, and Pilates, I bring a grounded, compassionate energy to each session. I practice what I teach—helping clients reconnect to themselves through movement, mindfulness, and honest reflection.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re processing change, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more connected, and ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.Whether you’re healing from heartbreak, navigating change, or learning to love the person you see in the mirror, I offer a compassionate, authentic space to grow. My approach blends warmth, insight, and practicality—helping you move forward with confidence and inner strength.
