Teens and young adults today face unique challenges. With pressures from social media, friendship and relationship issues, and academic/new career stressors, today’s youth need non-judgmental support and care to feel confident. During these formative years, it is so important to learn healthy coping skills and build positive relationships with peers, family, and oneself.

I offer an open space of validation and understanding. My practice is focused on making positive steps forward in goal setting, self-esteem, family conflict, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I offer unique expertise in working with young people, particularly with those who are struggling to regulate their emotions or changes in their lives.
