Great to meet you!

Considering therapy is an important step, and I’m glad you’re here. I help clients navigate challenges at work and in life—burnout, job stress, big questions about identity, purpose, or belonging, and the relationships, family dynamics, and overwhelming thoughts and emotions that often come with them. While I bring a grounded, informed perspective on work life from my former corporate career, my approach is holistic. I support clients in making sense of what’s happening both inside and outside of work—whether they’re wrestling with self-esteem, navigating a life transition, coping with anxiety or depression, or simply trying to feel more like themselves again. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and collaborate to build momentum toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about supporting you in taking a holistic, dynamic approach to your well-being. I specialize in therapy for work, career, and personal growth, and I understand how deeply these areas can impact—and be impacted by—your wider life. You might be navigating perfectionism, job stress, imposter syndrome, burnout, or a difficult work environment. Or you may be seeking more fulfilling relationships, help managing intense emotions, or support in healing from trauma. Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Here’s how I see it: you’re smart, motivated, and creative. If you’ve found your way here, it probably means the advice you’ve gotten—whether from books, social media, career coaches, or well-meaning friends and family—hasn’t been enough to help you create the change you’re looking for. That’s not because you’re doing something wrong—it’s because that kind of guidance often skips over the deeper, more personal work of understanding what’s really getting in the way. That’s the work of therapy. I offer a space that’s thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative—where your insight and effort are met with curiosity, care, and practical support. We’ll work toward meaningful shifts that last.
