Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are parents who want to better understand and support their child through emotional or behavioral challenges. They may be seeing anxiety, big emotions, or difficulty with transitions—possibly after a recent trauma, medical issue, or family change. These caregivers are looking for guidance, connection, and a therapist who can help their child express what’s hard to say with words.

My approach to therapy

As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play-based, trauma-informed, and attachment-centered approaches to help children heal, grow, and build resilience. I also work with parents to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create lasting change at home.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a supportive, developmentally appropriate space where children feel safe, seen, and understood—and where parents feel guided, informed, and empowered. If you’re ready for support, I’m here to walk with you.
