Great to meet you!

My main focus is on Trauma and ADHD/Neurodivergence. I have discovered that many of my clients who have suffered from anxiety, and depression for years were actually found to have untreated and undiagnosed ADHD. Additionally, I help clients with lgbtq+-related issues, relationship issues, & mood disorders. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek help. Bravo!

My approach to therapy

Using a person centered approach, I first aim to build a supportive and trusting relationship with clients. I believe every client should received unconditional positive regard and feel heard and validated. I act as an advocate to help client explore issues related to childhood trauma to relationship conflicts. Building connections and repairing relationships are my strengths. I help couples and individuals strengthen their bond and resolve conflicts that erupt in their everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can first expect a safe, nurturing, warm environment to explore and navigate through their therapeutic journey. Same sex couples and members of the LGBTQ + community are welcome. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts or trauma, we will work collaboratively to find the best approaches, and interventions to meet your goals and objectives.
