My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I am a deep listener and my approach is direct but not pushy. I believe change and growth happen when you are ready for it. I help create a space where change can happen safely and on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

A better understanding of yourself and your patterns as well as some new options and ways of looking at things. Here is a link to my introductory video: https://zencare.co/practice/the-empowerment-opportunity
