Great to meet you!

I am passionate about this work, and endlessly in awe of my clients. My first career as a teacher gave me an interest in how family life, culture, and environment influence someone's behaviors and emotions. I became so interested in getting to know people on a deeper level, that I pursued a seconds masters at Pacifica Graduate Institute, in depth psychology. I have been able to build my professional experience through work at a wolf sanctuary, a high school, and in private practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a depth psychotherapist, I journey with client's through their inner world, looking at their relationship patterns, past memories, behaviors, and their physical symptoms. When clients are able to explore the ignored parts of the self, they often develop new insight and self-discovery.

What you can expect from our first session

My aim is for clients to feel closer to their soul- the essence of who they are - so that they can find meaning in this life and value in being here. I hope that my clients feel more capable of living intentionally and aligned with their most authentic self.
