Great to meet you!

My goal is to help my clients find joy, happiness and peace no matter what they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. I am particularly focused on those suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, experiencing grief and loss, and working through life changes, transitions and relationship issues. I work with those with feelings of low self worth, lack of confidence, loneliness, confusion and despair. You will not always feel the way you do today and there is light in the darkness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to establish a warm, trusting relationship with my clients so that they can feel comfortable and safe enough to be open and honest. With this strong positive therapeutic relationship I hope to guide my clients towards greater self awareness, self reflection and self confidene so that they might move forward in their lives with hope, confidence and optimism.

What you can expect from me

I mainly employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on the narratives in your head that are not servicing you well and interfering with your potential for happiness and fulfillment. I am currently being trained in EMDR.I will gently assist you in finding the necessary clarity, strength and confidence to take charge of your life and guide you in the direction of your hopes and dreams.
