Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s degree in Social Work in 2019 from Saint Louis University. My true passion and expertise lies in trauma (specifically preverbal and complex traumas in children). I worked as a foster care case manager, taught preschool, and provided in school therapy to children ages 8-18 years old.

My approach to therapy

The client is the expert in themselves, and healing has no expected due date. I feel it is best to let the client decide the pace and subject matter in order to re-affirm their control and safety during the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I’ll get to know you (whatever you feel safe sharing) and provide some feedback in terms of how therapy and myself may benefit you as well as any specific goals you might like me to keep in mind.
