Great to meet you!

I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Professional Counselor. I have over 3 years of experience in therapy and over 13 years of experience in advocacy. I received my master's degree in community counseling from Northeastern Illinois University in 2012. I have experience working with at-risk youth and their families, older adults, and survivors of trauma, domestic abuse, and sexual assault.

My approach to therapy

My clinical experience includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and individual and group counseling. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, crisis situations, isolation, substance use, and many other obstacles or barriers in reaching their personal goals. My approach is to remain open minded and non-judgmental throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

I'm passionate about therapy because of the impact I’ve seen when someone feels truly heard and supported. To start, we will have an introductory session where you will have the opportunity to share your story and any goals you hope to achieve in therapy. I look forward to working together to develop a unique treatment plan specific to your personal goals.
