I am a licensed clinical social worker with 35 plus years in practice accompanying people through different life transitions. My degree is from New York University School of Social Work.

and my approach is integrative- body-mind-spirit. Issues addressed include depression, anxiety, relationships (parenting), sexual identity concerns including gender transitions. I hold a certification from the American Board of Clinical Sex Therapists.

I believe establishing a trusting, safe relationship is essential to a successful outcome, To facilitate this, I offer compassionate support, a challenge when necessary and an open mind.

What you can expect from me

I will contract with you for a specific number of sessions, at the completion of which, you may contract for additional sessions with me. I offer this approach from my belief that therapy is not a life-sentence, but rather and opportunity to bring challenges, issues, concerns to completion.
