Great to meet you!

Life doesn't have to be falling apart for it to feel overwhelming. You may be carrying stress that's become difficult to manage, navigating changes in your relationships or family, grieving a loss, or feeling like you've lost confidence in yourself. Sometimes you've been taking care of everyone else for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to have someone support you.

With nearly three decades of experience, I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, women's issues, and more. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered while building practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence and peace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should reflect your unique story rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to what you're going through while building on the strengths you already have.

Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, grief, communication challenges, parenting concerns, ADHD, career stress, or major life transitions, I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and practical guidance. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful change that lasts beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different moving forward.

You can expect warmth, compassion, and a judgment-free space where you don't have to carry everything alone. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and with greater clarity, confidence, and practical strategies for navigating whatever life brings next.
