Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient, private practice, residential, and integrated primary care settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized because I recognize that no two people have the same experiences or needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make the process comfortable and welcoming. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and discuss your goals. I’ll ask about your concerns, history, relationships, and strengths to better understand your experiences. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward goals that align with your values.
