Great to meet you!

Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit more about me and my approach to healing. I’m sure you are curious to see how I can best support you and your family, the essence of what make me unique. There are so many providers and therapists out there who have such unique talents and passions.

My specialty lies in supporting the future of tomorrow- today’s children and adolescents. As a Registered Play Therapist, I have undergone extensive training to understand how to best support the growth and healing of the youngest minds. What I’ve learned is that the old saying is true- it takes a village to raise a child. I’d hope you consider me as part of your village.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With my background in social work, I utilize a systems based approach when it comes to providing tailored counseling support to yourself or your loved ones. I specialize in working with children, using non-directive child centered play therapy techniques to support children in their therapeutic journey. I also include parents/legal guardians in the healing process as well, taking into consideration how to support the whole family unit.

What you can expect from our first session

I am hopeful that clients can feel at ease knowing that there is someone who is there to listen and understand them. I want families to feel like they aren't alone and we can work in partnership to create a future where there is more connection and healing. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me!
