My approach to therapy

I have 10 years of experience in school, hospital, and private settings. I assist 17 years old though adults for anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, substance use, and traumas. Together, we can explore the issues that are causing conflict in your life with curiosity, compassionate interest, and most importantly, without judgment.
