Great to meet you!

My experience working with people is varied and yet has led to this pivotal point in my career when I am focusing on working in private practice. My experiences in the past 10 years have prepared me to better serve my clients with the goal of helping people have more better days as they approach their day to day life. My practice has included the forensic setting with adults, both women and men, and assessing 3-5- year-olds for suspected autism spectrum disorder. My specific areas of treatment include grief work and health related mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassion focused, culturally sensitive, emotionally responsive, strength based and trauma focused.

What you can expect from me

My approach to the first session is to establish a connection between the client and myself. The first session is about learning what the client wishes to gain from therapy and establish that the treatment will be client centered, based on unconditional positive regard and to promote the well being of the client.
