Great to meet you!

I am a good listener and I want each person to feel deeply understood and validated in their experience while also reflecting back your best self. My strength is in my ability to articulate and provide coherence to your story and challenges so you can then make the changes you want for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I have the privilege of working with adults experiencing a variety of challenges in life. Calming and attuning to your experience, I am here to offer an exploration of these questions to build self-understanding that can lead to new attitudes, feelings and goals as life presents its challenges. Blending and balancing the need for insight and understanding as well as the tools of healthy day-to-day coping, I approach therapy as a collaboration to meet the demands and stressors of this time in your life. The goal is to support you as you take a leap of faith into the therapeutic relationship to grow, change and thrive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a always dominated by many questions so I can gain a better understanding of what you are experiencing so I can start to develop a roadmap to support you. It is also important that you have the space to unload everything you have been holding onto in anticipation of starting therapy.
