Great to meet you!

I have experience working in community mental health, school-based settings, and outpatient care, supporting clients across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. My approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, and I tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual. I value collaboration and enjoy working with clients who are actively engaged in their therapy process. I regularly incorporate feedback-informed care to ensure treatment remains effective and aligned with clients’ goals. I often use behavioral activation techniques and particularly enjoy supporting clients who are motivated to create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and client-centered. I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and humanistic approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and empowered. Using a strengths-based lens, I help clients identify what’s working well in their lives and build on those strengths to move toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with clients who are actively engaged in their growth, and I use feedback-informed care to ensure that our work together remains effective and aligned with their needs. My approach is individualized, and I tailor each session to support the unique challenges, values, and goals of the person in front of me.

I often incorporate behavioral activation to support clients in taking meaningful, manageable steps toward change. I also value the importance of the therapeutic relationship and approach each client with authenticity, warmth, and respect.
