Great to meet you!

I bring over a decade of experience working across a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatry, emergency care, community mental health, and correctional environments. This background has given me a strong foundation in supporting both acute and complex mental health needs. I work with adults and older adults, and I value creating a space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you feel confident and informed as we navigate your mental health together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and individualized. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, including lifestyle, physical health, and life transitions that may be impacting your well-being. I believe in the mind-body connection and work with you to explore treatment options that support balance, stability, and long-term wellness. When appropriate, I also coordinate care to ensure you have comprehensive support.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a thoughtful and thorough conversation focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for care. I take the time to listen and ask questions so I can get a clear picture of your needs. Together, we’ll begin discussing potential treatment options and next steps, always making sure you feel comfortable, informed, and involved in the process.
