My approach to therapy

As humans our deepest longing is connection. To know that we are seen and heard by those around us gives us the courage to approach the healing process. I will meet you where you are at and listen without bias or judgment. As we walk this journey together I will be there to cheer you on, challenge your fears and thinking patterns and give you strategies to find your true self. I treatment approaches are CBT, EMDR, and Somatic Psychology.

Weekend appointments available.
