Great to meet you!

I believe in helping individuals feel empowered and confident in their daily lives. I treat adults who have struggled with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and daily stress. I believe that working with individuals to build a strong foundation can help build feelings of regulation and stability in day to day living.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to build a strong foundation in which individuals can feel safe and free from judgement. I collaborate among a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based practices to support the unique needs of each individual. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients understand their emotions, bodily response, and thought processes. Through this we will work on skills development, education, empowerment, and goal development.
