Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach my goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate personal, relationship, and career challenges. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, having faced many of life’s challenges myself. Life can be difficult, and we all sometimes need a supportive sounding board. I offer decades of experience grounded in empathy, acceptance, authenticity, and strength to support the issues that bring you to counseling.

My approach to therapy

I believe in client-led therapy—your healing belongs to you. My role is to walk beside you with care and respect, offering guidance and tools when helpful, while shaping our work around your needs, values, and hopes. Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with your inner strength, your voice, and what truly matters to you.

While I work with many concerns, my heart is in supporting clients navigating trauma and PTSD, traumatic grief, and the complex issues often impacting women, including infertility, adoption, and peri/menopause. I also treat anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, and career transitions, and enjoy helping clients build their businesses, careers and increase their overall confidence.

What you can expect from me

My philosophy as a therapist and coach is grounded in the belief that healing and

growth are personal and belong to the client. Therapy and coaching are most

effective when they are collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in authentic

connection. My role is to walk beside my clients—offering support, insight, and

practical tools while honoring their voice, values, and lived experience.

I approach my work with empathy, authenticity, and strength, informed by both

professional training and life experience. I am especially passionate about

supporting clients navigating trauma and PTSD, traumatic grief, and the complex

emotional experiences surrounding infertility, reproductive challenges, adoption,

and major life transitions. Through executive and personal

coaching, I also help clients build confidence, clarify goals, and navigate

leadership, career growth, and professional transitions.

My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel seen and

empowered to reconnect with their inner resilience, gain clarity, and move

forward in a way that feels meaningful and true to them.
