Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma-trained therapist based in New York with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and the challenges that come with getting older — things like identity shifts, chronic health conditions, and feeling like life looks different than you expected. I especially enjoy working with women navigating those in-between seasons, when they're not quite sure who they are or where they're headed. I have a background working with kids and families as well, and I'm open to expanding in that direction as my practice grows.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, and I'm trained in EMDR and Progressive Counting — two evidence-based methods that help people process difficult experiences without having to relive them over and over. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not a clinical exercise, so I work hard to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and at ease. I tailor my approach to what each person actually needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.

What you can expect from me

Before we dive into anything, I like to start with a meet-and-greet — a chance for us to get a feel for each other and make sure we're a good fit before committing to anything. We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and I'll share a bit about how I work. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling heard, and with a clear sense of what working together could look like.
