Great to meet you!

When emotions are high, logic and language can be low, so I believe connection should come before correction. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. Through a lens of compassionate curiosity and understanding, my passion is working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and the process of discovering who they are. My approach is rooted in whole-person wellness, helping you better understand yourself, explore the deeper roots of your struggles, and develop tools for meaningful, lasting growth, while honoring each person's unique experiences and identity. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about building understanding, finding connection, and creating space for change. If you or your child are seeking support, I want to invite you to connect! It would be a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques within a relational and family systems framework. Together, we will explore the stories you tell yourself, identify thought and behavior patterns, and find practical tools to help navigate life's challenges and support meaningful change. I also consider how family dynamics and relationships shape our experiences and who we are, recognizing that healing often involves understanding both yourself and the systems around you. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where you can feel safe being yourself, gain a deeper understanding of who you are, strengthen your self-awareness, and build meaningful, lasting change in how you relate to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to have all the answers or share everything at once. You set the pace, and we’ll work together to identify next steps that feel right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead. I look forward to connecting with you!
