I completed my Masters degree in Social Work from Adelphi University as an adult learner. I have worked with diverse populations struggling with chronic issues and acute stress impacting their lives. I have served my community working for government, non-profit and hospital/health organizations before starting my private practice 8 years ago. My reason for going into social work and becoming a therapist was because I have always been fascinated by human behavior and intrigued about the human condition. From an early age, I would notice patterns and cause the effect of events around me. This encouraged me to want to create positive change in the world I live in. I believe in legacies and feel my 'dharma' or life's purpose is to support others in creating and maintaining a fulfilling life for themselves.

I will provide a comprehensive assessment of one's past and current life based in curiosity, skill and gentle inquiry. This will help us identify areas in need of understanding, change and discovery on both an internal and environmental level.
