Great to meet you!

Navigating life’s changes can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a warm, collaborative, and whole-person-centered approach to therapy, helping individuals build confidence, manage stress, and thrive through transitions. My style is supportive, engaging, and strength-based—I meet you where you are while also challenging you to grow.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My expertise includes working with people experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, grief, and emotional overwhelm, as well as those adjusting to new roles or phases in life. Whether you’re navigating career shifts, relationship changes, or personal growth, I provide a safe space to explore your experiences, develop coping strategies, and move forward with confidence.

In my practice, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and feel more in control of their lives.

As a Chicagoan, I love the energy, diversity, and resilience of this city. I believe in the power of connection, healing, and personal growth, and I’m passionate about helping people find clarity and strength in their journeys.

Let’s work together to restore, renew, and thrive.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, and whole-person-centered. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support, guide, and challenge you in a way that fosters growth and self-discovery.

I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you develop coping skills, manage emotions, and build confidence. I also draw from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and self-compassion practices to support resilience and emotional well-being.

I take a warm, engaged, and nonjudgmental approach, creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling stuck, we’ll work together to explore your experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and resilience as you work toward meaningful change.

Here’s what you can take away from our work together:

  • Greater Self-Awareness & Insight – Understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can make intentional choices.
  • Practical Coping Strategies – Learn concrete skills to manage stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and difficult emotions in everyday life.
  • Increased Confidence & Self-Compassion – Develop a stronger sense of self-worth and the ability to advocate for your needs.
  • Stronger Emotional Regulation – Build skills to navigate tough moments with more ease and self-control.
  • A Safe, Judgment-Free Space – Therapy is a place where you can process life’s challenges without fear of judgment.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
